Shopping in all the right places!?

A lot of you have been telling me lately that you are tired of shopping on-line and in the big stores. You are yearning for a more peaceful, festive, and fun shopping experience, let alone support local stores and artisans! Well, this coming weekend was made for people just like you…..including me. Of course - start with OUR gift show!!!

Friday Dec 2
Stop by the Sharon's Studio at 2869 Bondesson (8800 blocks north).  1-8PM  We have lots of one-of-a kind gifts, created by local artists.  Including paintings, sculpture, jewelry, scarves, glass ornaments, jewelry stands, tote bags, soaps, lip balm, tasted baked goods, even some local fall produce.  Snacks & drinks too, can't have a little open studio without food!

Saturday Dec 3
First stop at our show if you didn't make it on Friday.  We'll be there from 10-7PM

Go here! 11th Annual Hot Shops Holiday Open House  12-8PM (also on Sunday 12-5) Art demonstrations (love the glass blowing- go Ed), live music, open studios, and galleries....this is a fun experience.  All three floors of the Art Center are open and you can wonder in and out of the studios!  Love this and always have to buy my yearly glass Christmas tree ornament.

Gardening in the winter?  Holiday Happening at the Lauritzen Gardens  12-4PM. This means Santa, holiday poinsettia show, music, crafts, really a beautiful and fun outing for ages.

Sunday Dec 4
Not done yet.  Physicians Mutual & WOWT Holiday Lights Festival and Market  10-5PM.  I haven't been to this, but I am going this year!   Everything that has been at Aksarben Village is fun, so I'm dragging Dave out!  Festive atmosphere inspired by classic German Christmas.  Warm cocoa, tasty treats, gifts, jams, jellies, backed goods, jewelry, and more from LOCAL vendors!  Another big YUM!

.....did I say warm cocoa??? Gotta get some right now!
